Refund and Returns Policy
REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Products can be returned within 07 days from
the date of delivery.
A product purchased on
genieinbox.com is eligible for return/refund within the return/refund period
mentioned under every product & if it fulfils any of the following
conditions:

Product delivered is different from what was
ordered

Product was received in a physically damaged
condition or was found defective when package was opened.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be
returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all
paperwork (this includes warranty card, invoice etc), parts and accessories to
ensure full credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches,
marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been sized or
altered in any way.
All the Products sold on
genie in box are governed by different state laws and if we are unable to
deliver such Products we will return or will give credit for the amount
received in advance that could not be delivered to You.
Users must enter a valid
phone number while placing an order on the Platform. By registering your phone
number with us, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS
notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates.
The user can either report to refund while going on website or
mobile application or call the customer care number. In case the user does not
want to order replacement, the amount can be refunded by the Company to the
user within a period of 10 working days. In case of a defect identified by the
user, as a special case, a return and refund claim can be entertained by the
company.
Refund method

After receiving the product, we will inspect it.

We will communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.

After approval, we will initiate a refund to your
original mode of payment.

If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit
card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total price of the product will
be returned to the same mode of payment.

If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD),then use
can provide their own Bank account number and ifsc code of bank so that we can
initiate refund to their bank.

We will refund the amount within 7-10 working days
to the original method of payment (except COD).
·
If partial product or product with tampered packaging is
returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that
you received along with the product should be returned together.
Cancellation Policy :
An easy cancellation process is available for all customers.
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your
entire order amount will be refunded.
